The “Company of the Year in MV” award was awarded statewide for the 14th time this year. The award is given to companies that have made outstanding and exemplary achievements, regardless of their company size and economic sector.
On June 27, 2022, MV’s Economics Minister Reinhard Meyer awarded the Entrepreneurs of the Year in MV 2022 in Parchim. A total of 120 companies applied in the categories of entrepreneurial personality, corporate development, sustainability, as well as securing skilled workers and family friendliness.
Our employees are the heart of our company. Our goal is that on the one hand the work can be done excellently, but on the other hand there are still enough reserves and a good mood to spend leisure time and time with the family. Through a variety of measures and support, we manage to create a positive and family-friendly working atmosphere in our company.
The challenge we have set ourselves is to reconcile the personal circumstances and skills of employees with the needs and requirements of the company, and we can proudly say that we are on the right track.
Due to the high level of commitment, the Warnow Tunnel was honored as one of two finalists in the category “Securing skilled workers and family friendliness”.
