Monday October 25, 2021 turned out to be a lucky day for Mr. and Mrs. Nölke.
Their car was recorded as the 72 millionth vehicle that used the tunnel since opening to traffic in September 2003.
On behalf of Warnowquerung GmbH & Co. KG managing directors Yvonne Osterkamp and Jacqueline Zintler handed over several gifts, among them a petrol voucher and flowers.
The family from Schaumburg (Hanover) spent their holiday in MV and wanted to drive to Karls.
